Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange it. Unless faulty, this should be within 10 days of international order and 05 days for local shipment, from receiving your order.

For a Return please email us at our info@92retail.com or Online Chat to get the return scheduled and picked up free of cost.

Once the item is received back in our warehouse and upon quality inspection confirming to our policy, we will issue the credit note as a gift voucher for purchase or as agreed in the terms at the time of the Return Voucher Generation. It usually takes 10-14 days for the process to get completed once the item is received at our warehouse.

These items you’ve purchased during Clearance and Price Match events will not be refunded or replaced. If you have a faulty electrical item, please write to our info@92retail.com or Chat online to prompt support. Are there any products that can’t be returned?

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • Products which have been personalized for you, such as stationery or gifts
  • Made to measure products such as clothes or any item falls under this category.
  • Perishable goods such as flowers, food or any other item that falls under this category.
  • Computer software that has been opened, or computer software cards that have been redeemed
  • Gift cards or Discount cards
