  • If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange it, as per our policy.
  • Unless faulty at the time of receipt and intimated within 02 days of receipt, this should be 10 days for international order and 03 days for local shipment return policy.
  • It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty and is returned to its original condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels and that it’s undamaged and unused.
  • Where a product has been made to measure, or personalized for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange or any other item that comes in its category.
  • The items you’ve purchased during Clearance and Price Match events will not be refunded or replaced.
  • This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
